Henna Designs!

I thought I would show you why I love henna. What I love about henna is that its like a tattoo but with no harms in it and its not permanent and you can take it off whenever you want. its so artistic and beautifies your hand or on your feet. Its also very natural strengthening and is very good for your nails. The colours are so vibrate. Henna is to show your artistic side of yourself or even to celebrate occasions like weddings, birthdays and etc. or even just to show off yourself.  This has been used in Asia and Eastern countries and even in Tudor times where it was used for erotic purposes in bedrooms. I hope you like my designs and do comment if you can.

Spinach Baji

This is an old,  Bangladeshi, ancient recipe which has been used for years among the rich and poor. It has been tried and proven to help lose weight and now days it's used as a side dish at homes. This is a easy recipe to cook in 15 mins or less. You can get the ingredients from a local shop. You'll never find this dish in a restaurant because it's an old secret household recipe.

1. First, take a bunch of spinach. Use 1 bunch of spinach for only 1 person or use 4 bunches of spinach to  feed a whole family of 6 at lunch and dinner.

2. After, Wash the spinach with cold water to keep it fresh to cook. When washing the spinach, always remember to chop the spinach end stock off.

6. Pour a dessert spoon of oil  and then the onions on top of a frying pan with the chopped up garlics. Add a pinch of salt

a simple banana cake

A simple banana cake

Ingredients:
250g of unsalted butter
335g of caster sugar
1 drop of vanilla
Normal butter
4 eggs
3 or 4 bananas
200g of sour cream
300g of self raising flour

Equipment:
A baking tin
A mixing bowl
Blender
Hand blender
Kitchen mixer (if you have one)
Oven

Method:
This a really good recipe to bake especially with the family. It takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Step 1: Bring the ingredients together
First take 250g of unsalted butter and cut in into small tiny cubes with a knife and throw it into your kitchen mixer. If you don't have one then you could do it by hand. After that you take 335g of caster sugar and mix it. You then pour 1 drop if vanilla or could take some vanilla from a sticky vanilla bean. After that you mix the mixture. After mixing it, the mixture should be thick and creamy. Use the eggs to make the cake nice and easy. After putting the eggs in the bowl, you need to mix it to make it more tasty. You may need to scrape the mixture from the sides after mixing. You now have a nice cake battering for your banana cake. Pour the 200g of sour cream into the mixture. The sour cream gives a nice kick to this recipe and makes it more yummy. The sour also gives a balance to this banana cake so it's sweet and yummy at the same time. After this, you mix the mixture. Use about 3 or 4 bananas for the cake. Peel the bananas. After this, Cut the bananas and put into blender. The blender helps us smash the bananas and turns it Details about into a mixture. Add golden syrup or normal sugar to make the bananas sweeter. Pour the banana mixture into our cake battering mixture. Take 300g of self raising flour and sieve into the mixture. Then give the mixture a good mix.

Step 2: Line and Fill tin
Cut some baking paper with a sharp knife and make sure that the baking paper fills the whole inside of the baking tin. Make sure it fits. Gently pour the cake mixture you made earlier into the the baking tin. Give the tin a little tap to make sure the mixture gets in and to make sure it gets on to level.

Step 3: Bake
Put the mixture of the cake which is now in a baking tin in the oven. Now it's ready to go in the oven on 170 degrees for about an hour and fifteen minutes. Take the banana cake out of the oven when ready. After 20 mins or less, the cake should be cool enough to eat!

Indian prawn curry with bite sized orange skins!

Indian prawn curry with bite sized orange skins!

This is one of my favourite easiest home Indian curry which you can make less than 20 minutes because it’s so simple and fresh. The flavours are so mouth-watering and you’ll have friends & family coming in for more, creating that illusion you have slaved over the cooker for hours. You can get the ingredients from a big Sainsbury’s store or any local Indian shop.
