Egg Pasta Recipe
























Ingredients: 
4 large normal White Potatoes ( for 4 to 5 people).
1 half sliced medium Onion
3 Green Chillies
1/2 tea spoon of pure Mustard oil
1/2 tea spoon Table salt

This a 15 minutes cooking recipe on the go.
First peel 4 large normal white potatoes and then boil the 4 large  potatoes until soft. Once the potatoes are soft then drain the hot water and then mash the potatoes until mush in a bowl. After mashing the potatoes cut a half sized medium onion and then dice it up very thinly and put it in the bowl. Dice 3 green chillies depending how hot you want, dice  4 strings of coriander leafs for seasoning and aroma and then put these ingredients into the bowl. Once you've finished dicing and cutting the ingredients  add half a tea spoon of pure mustard oil and a half a tea spoon of salt into the mashed potatoes and mix together. Once you've completed mixing it together. Serve it with boiled cooked Bastmati rice.
